HEAD OF COMMUNITY FUNDRAISING & ENGAGEMENT
This role will develop and deliver the Charity’s approach to community fundraising and engagement, working across challenge events, in-memory giving and third-party fundraising. It will also be part of the leadership team, working with other heads and senior leaders on charity-wide initiatives, development and planning.

HR, GOVERNANCE & OPERATIONS MANAGER
This role is crucial in supporting the people, operations and governance functions of the Charity. The post holder will lead on recruitment and selection, provide comprehensive governance support and act as a first point of contact for HR and staff welfare queries. It will also be responsible for overseeing core operational functions, including managing our outsourced IT provider, maintaining office facilities and ensuring contracts and suppliers are effectively managed.
