London Landmarks Half Marathon 2026

Run through the heart of London, and fund life-changing care

This unique half marathon takes you past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks – from Big Ben and St Paul’s Cathedral to the Tower of London and the London Eye.

The route starts at Pall Mall and finishes by Downing Street, with cheering crowds, live music and entertainment along the way. Keep an eye out for our cheer squad too – they’ll be there to spot you in the pack and spur you on.

Every penny you raise will fund specialist equipment, vital research, and better care for patients at Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals.

It’s £30 to register, and we ask everyone taking part to raise at least £350 in sponsorship.

You’ll get a charity running vest, a fundraising pack, and friendly one-to-one support to help you hit your target.
