Over 100 supporters joined us at Ruislip Lido on a chilly but sunny Sunday morning all in aid of the Harefield Transplant Appeal.

After arriving at the beautiful lido, each person taking part collected their Santa suits from the Charity team before transforming themselves into Santa himself. Even their four-legged friends got into the festive spirt!

Before embarking on the 1.8km loop Councillor David Yarrow, Mayor of Hillingdon kicked things off by counting the group of Santa’s down.

The Charity team, alongside the Mayor and Mayoress and our dedicated volunteers, waited for each participant to come pass the finish line and presented them with a delicious chocolate finishers medal.

Our star fundraisers were Terry and Debbie Hogan who raised an incredible £951! Terry wanted to give back to the fantastic staff at Harefield who gave him a second chance at life.

We’d like to thank everyone who took part in this years Santa Dash, and to the Mayor and Mayoress of Hillingdon for attending. Thank you also to the volunteers who helped us on the day, we wouldn’t be able to do it with out them!

We'd love to see you at one of our events in the future, take a look at our events page to see what's coming up.
