National Three Peaks Challenge
Brace yourself for a tough, fast-paced adventure
You’ll climb the highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales – Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) – over two intense days.
What to expect
You’ll trek around 26 miles and climb nearly 3,000m, making this one of the UK’s toughest outdoor challenges.
It takes real grit, determination and good fitness. But the views, sense of pride and impact you’ll have make it all worthwhile.
How to take part
You can either:
- Pay a £95 registration fee and raise £935 for our hospitals (you’ll need to have raised at least 80% – £748 – 11 weeks before you go)
- Pay £95 to register, then £460 nine weeks before, and raise whatever you can
Whichever you choose, we’ll send you a fundraising pack and charity vest, and support you with ideas, planning and encouragement from start to finish.
Where will the money go?
Every penny will help support patients with heart and lung conditions. By raising your pulse, you’re helping us rewrite the future of millions and bring hope to patients everywhere.
