Daph's Cookery Book

I'm fundraising because I have worked at Harefield Hospital for the past 22 years and have seen at first hand the wonderful pioneering heart and lung surgery that has been performed here. It is my wish that by writing and producing this cookery book it will help to raise much needed funds for life saving surgery and procedures. Harefield Hospital is raising money to buy state-of-the-art cardiovascular imaging equipment that is not funded by the NHS.
