Oh my god have I really just signed up for this

After being diagnosed with alpha 1 anti-trypsin deficiency 10 years ago, my health declined to the point I needed a double lung transplant. I was lucky enough to receive my transplant last summer now nearly a year on I wanted to give something to the hospital that helped give me back my life. As this event was the closest to my one year anniversary I thought what better way to give something back but to go for it.
