I remember Will as a lovely little dark haired, brown eyed boy whose mum I became friends with during our primary school era, as we had children of similar ages. It was Many years later at a mutual friend's coffee morning that I learned of Will's serious illness which they had only recently discovered themselves. I had no idea what idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) was and then shocked to discover that there is no cure. Will very sadly died about a year later. I felt initially reticent about setting up a fundraising page because I know there are so many good causes and people contribute all the time to many charities. I would be so glad, however, if those of you who know me could donate a small sum. I'm not expecting a big contribution for doing the running, but I would be so pleased to be able to support the hospital charity and thereby also support Lea and Dave in keeping the memory of Will alive, in the hope that one day progress is made to improve the lives of people living with IPAH.
