The Royal Brompton Hospital gave my dad life saving and life prolonging surgery two years ago. Dad spent many years looking after mum through terminal illness and the surgery he received has given him a chance to enjoy life to the full!

I'll be abseiling 100 metres down the side of the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth the day after dad's 79th Birthday next year on Saturday 30th March at 3pm, because I just love to scare myself silly LOL (...and why not do it for a good cause whilst I'm at it!)
