Christopher, June’s son and Victoria’s brother, contracted Endocarditis in April this year and had to have emergency heart surgery at Harefield Hospital on 4 May 2017, which saved his life for which we will be forever thankful. We had wonderful support from Harefield all through Christopher’s stay and Christopher is now making good progress with his new metal aortic valve.

We as a family would like to raise money for Harefield to go towards funding more medical equipment.
All of us will be taking part in the Harefield Family Fun Day on the 10 September 2017 and completing the Family run (walk for some) and Christopher will also be doing his part in walking some of the way.

Our Team is ‘T n T ‘ (Tick needs Tock) which is how Christopher’s surgeon described his valve replacement – it provides the Tick and his heart provides the Tock! June, Vicky, John, Megan, Nimmy, Gabriel and Lucas, Christopher, Sarah, Caiden and Joshua together with John’s parents Joy and Peter will be participating.
We hope you will help support this wonderful Hospital which is so renowned for its heart surgery, heart and lung transplants etc.
