Our volunteers make our events run smoothly, sell our merchandise proudly, rally our marathon runners enthusiastically and help with admin tasks diligently.

They are invaluable to us, so we are always on the lookout for more. If you feel you could spare an hour or two to help at our events, in our hospitals or in our charity offices, please get in touch.

Hear from some of our existing volunteers about why enjoy giving up their time for a worthy cause.
