Proudly delivered in partnership with Chelsea Sports Centre, this challenge brings our community together to get moving, stay motivated, and support life-changing heart and lung care.

What is the Move your Way Challenge?

It’s a month-long virtual challenge where participants complete 28 miles in 28 days between 1-28 February 2026 during Heart Month, in partnership with Chelsea Sports Centre.

You can move in any way you choose, walking, running, swimming, dancing, cycling, wheeling or anything else that gets you active. Every pound raised provides vital funds for the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospitals Charity.
