This February, we’re inviting you to complete 28 miles in 28 days, in whatever way gets you moving.
Whether you prefer to walk through your local park, run along your favourite route, swim laps, cycle in the gym, dance in your living room, or mix it up throughout the month, every mile counts.
Proudly delivered in partnership with Chelsea Sports Centre, this challenge brings our community together to get moving, stay motivated, and support life-changing heart and lung care.

It’s a month-long virtual challenge where participants complete 28 miles in 28 days between 1-28 February 2026 during Heart Month, in partnership with Chelsea Sports Centre.
