ROK 1st July 2017

A number of months ago I decided to enter into the Ring of Kerry Cycle which is a 110 mile bike ride around the hills of South Kerry on the 1st of July 2017. In the last 3 months a good friend of mine had twin boys, Donncha & Diarmuid. Donncha was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and unfortunately this has led to other serious complications. Donncha has been (and is still) under the specialist care of the Royal Brompton Hospital since he was born on the 10th April 2017.
