Team Shane O'Neill

In memory of our beloved Dad RIP had cardiomyopathy and a ICD fitted.  He had a fantastic rapport with Consultants,  Doctors and Oak and Acorn Nurses at Harefield over the past 15 years. Sadly,  Dad  passed away in Harefield on the 14th April 2018.
