Thanks from Blake and family

In Oct 2018 18 month old Blake had open heart surgery to repair 3 holes in his heart, Dr Andreas Hoschtitzky was also able to repair Blake's leaky valve.
We would like to raise money for both Rose Ward and the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit where Blake was cared for by a number of staff.
The staff at The Royal Brompton hospital are unsung heroes who are dedicated to caring.
Myself and 5 other crazy people are going to be doing a Skydive on 25th May 2019.
