On 17th October I will attempt to complete the Great South Run. I will be running in memory of Steve Forde and raising money for the Paul Wood Ward, part of Royal Brompton & Harefield hospitals, who provided excellent treatment and care for Steve for an extended period of his life. Jack Shore
