I have worked within the charitable sector for 18 years for a range of charities and love the variety of my job and meeting the amazing people that support our Charity. Lisa Watts, Community Events & Fundraising Manager[email protected] I’m based at Royal Brompton Hospital’s Charity Hub. I organise the hospital’s community events, which include our annual Carol Concert and London Bridges Walk. I’m also here to give fundraising advice and support to anyone who wants to put on a quiz night, run a marathon or jump out of a plane for our hospitals! Zahra Khan, Charitable Trust & Relationship Manager[email protected] My role involves applying to charitable trusts and foundations to secure grant funding for both Royal Brompton and Harefield hospitals. My favourite part of the job is seeing projects that are innovative and transformational for our patients and their families come to life. Rafaella Notariani, Community & Events Fundraising Officer[email protected] I first joined the Charity team in May 2015, working in an array of different departments before joining the fundraising team at Harefield. My role is to provide support for our incredible community fundraisers and with other Charity-organised events. Rhianne Liberty-Gibbs, Community & Events Fundraising Officer[email protected] I joined the charity in 2019, and you’ll find me at Royal Brompton Hospital’s Charity Hub. My role is to assist our incredible supporters in their fundraising efforts, as well as organising some community events such as the Brompton Bake Off! Camilla Choi, Database Manager[email protected] I joined the Charity in 2018. I have been working for the third sector for a while, including social care, homeless, disability, mental health and international development. My responsibilities are divided into two main functions: database management and managing voluntary income through different channels.
