To give something back after Philip’s Double Lung Transplant.
I work in Harefield hospital as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Apheresis. I started in Royal Bropmton in 2001 as a student and gradually progressed myself upwards with pure dedication in my work. I am aware of the importance of organ donation and how crucial it is, for those who are awaiting for that one phone call to receive heart or lung! By helping to raise funds to get Organ care systems for our hospital I will be privileged to make that little difference in their life!

Harefield hospital has raised an appeal for 500,000£ to fund a new array of life saving machines to keep organs alive and transport them across larger distances. I benefited from such a device during my transplant at Hearefield 1 year ago, and 100% of the funds we raise together today will go towards buying more of these OCS machines.
