This is Holly.

In April this year, Holly Pereira organised a Charity Ball in aid of the two hospitals that have saved both her brother's life, and her own. Half the proceeds have gone to the Adult CF unit at Lewisham Hospital, where they have been patients since they were babies. The second half has been given to 'this amazing hospital in Harefield'.

Me and Jake both suffer from Cystic Fibrosis and both have received successful double lung transplants within two years of each other. There is no doubt in my mind that if not for the impeccable expertise of the surgeons and nurses at Harefield, we would not be here to tell our stories. Every time I visit Harefield hospital I am always reminded of how this hospital does such amazing life-saving work.”

In total, Holly raised over £11,330 on the day; an amazing amount for her first ever fundraising event. Everybody here at the Charity would like to thank Holly for all her hard work and generosity.
