I am looking forward to taking part in this great event and even more proud to be completing it for a great cause.
Ruben’s Fund is raising money for the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital Charity in memory of Ruben Dyer-Jones (Charlotte Dyer's son), who sadly died due to Dilated cardiomyopathy at just 3 and a half months old. The money will enable the team at The Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospital Charity to set up a dedicated research project, to understand more about the genes that cause cardiomyopathy. This will help to better treat and manage this condition for the 1 in 250 people affected.
